Midweek Weddings – Further Information

MIDWEEK WEDDINGS: FURTHER INFORMATION

On this page we hope to expand upon what is outlines on our midweek weddings page, to clarify dietary requirements, and to help you to make your menu choices in preparation for your wedding day.

  1. DIETARY REQUIREMENTSPlease consult the green text below to see which dishes are suitable for those with special dietary requirements.  If you require any further information, please contact Holly Moore on info@wellseasonedcotswoldcaterers.co.uk
  2. MAKING YOUR CHOICES: We make it very easy for you to tell us which food you would like to have served at your wedding. Once you have booked with us, we shall send you an ‘event checklist’: this is your wedding Bible, where all of the information relating to your wedding at Owlpen will be stored.  We send it to you as a word document on our Google Drive.  This means that you can update it whenever you like, and all changes will automatically be saved onto our server without you having to tell us.  Suddenly wedding admin just got so much easier!   You can save all of your menu choices into that document, and if we or the caterers have any queries, we can reach out to you in person.
  3. TASTINGS: One of the ways to keep costs down for our midweek weddings is that we don’t offer a tasting of the food free of charge. However, for a fee you can still book in for a tasting with our catering team if you’d like to try the food: the cost is £200. Please contact them directly for assistance
  4. CHOICE: We ask that you choose the same starter, main and pudding for all of your guests.  if you would like to give them more options, there will be an additional fee of £2.50 per choice and per course for the entire party.  For all vegetarians and vegans please choose 1 alternative option and we will adapt this as necessary for all vegans.  Please choose the same side dishes for all of your guests.  Please also ask all guests to list their dietary requirements and we will adapt accordingly from the menu you have selected. You do not need to ask guests to select options.  Instead, just ask if they are a meat eater/pescatarian/ vegetarian or vegan and if they have any allergies, to list them all.
