We may also, with your express consent, use photos and other images from events held at Owlpen for marketing and promotional purposes. 

We do not collect and store debit/credit card or bank account information.

We collect information in order to process your bookings with us, to respond to enquiries and to provide you with information about our products, services and/or offers from time to time (where you have provided us with consent to do so).

The information we collect from you will be used internally for the purpose(s) referred to above.

We use a third-party service provider called SuperControl (SuperControl Ltd.) to process our online bookings.  You can read SuperControl’s privacy statement to understand how they process the information you supply when you complete an online booking.

We take appropriate measures to safeguard the information we hold from unauthorised access or improper use. Our database is stored in a secure, password protected location and based within the EU. Only users authorised by us have access to this data.

All other information we collect from you will be retained for a period of up to two years from your last booking or contact with us.  If you would like to request a deletion sooner than this period, please contact us.
