WEEKEND WEDDING PACKAGES – 2025 and 2026

 

At Owlpen we understand that it is sometimes easier to see just one quote, instead of having to work out lots of different costs per head. In recognition of this, we offer a range of weekend wedding packages, which keep things simple.

Owlpen Manor Cotswold weddings

Our weekend wedding package includes the following benefits:

  • Use of the estate for two nights, where required.  We invite you to arrive the day before your wedding, to give you an opportunity to decorate and get ready for the big day.  We can also host a dinner or informal get-together the night before, in the Cyder Barn, if required.

  • Use of the bridal suite and make-up room included in the fee.
  • Use of the Owlpen Manor Estate including the gardens and grounds.

  • Exclusive use of the brand new pole barn, and medieval Cyder Barn, for dining and dancing.

  • Access to the Manor House itself for ceremonies for up to 50 people.

  • Food for 80 people: the cost includes a three-course meal.  Choose one dish from a range of options outlined below.  Fees for canapés and evening food are additional.
  • Wine for 80 people: our package includes a bottle of wine per head (sparkling, red and white), spread out over the reception, wedding breakfast, and speeches. We also offer ‘beer buckets’ at a discounted price if you would like more variety during the reception, and our fully stocked bar will be open for evening drinks.

  • All cutlery, crockery and glassware is included in the fee.  Seating is on long trestle tables which don’t need table linen.  If you would like linen, or prefer round tables, there is an additional fee.  There is a fee of £1 per head for classic white napkins if you would like to use ours.

The prices for our weekend wedding packages are as follows, for 80 people:

OPTION ONE: 

June, July, August: £14250

May and September: £13150

April, October, December: £12150

March, November: £11150

For additional guests, the fee is £71.50 per head, £37.50 for children, and £24.50 for kids under ten years old.  They can enjoy bottomless soft drinks all day (elderflower, orange juice, apple juice), all included.

OPTION TWO: 

June, July, August: £14850

May and September: £13750

April, October, December: £12550

March, November: £11550

For additional guests, the fee is £79.50 per head, £42.50 for children, and £24.50 for kids under ten years old.  They can enjoy bottomless soft drinks all day (elderflower, orange juice, apple juice), all included.

OPTION THREE: 

June, July, August: £16250

May and September: £15250

April, October, December: £14250

March, November: £13250

For additional guests, the fee is £97 per head, £47.50 for children, and £34.50 for kids under ten years old.  They can enjoy bottomless soft drinks all day (elderflower, orange juice, apple juice), all included.

Wild Card: The Great British BBQ – 2 COURSES (NB surcharge of £2 per head)

For those looking for a more informal dining option we also offer a full-scale barbecue extravaganza.  Enjoy a range of grilled local meats, poultry and shellfish, served with home-made breads and sauces, salads and complete with vegetarian/ vegan options. This offering includes the BBQ and a Dessert (no starter), and is served directly to the table on platters, so everyone has a mammoth range of food to choose from.

DRINKS

Included in the package we offer a bottle of wine spread out over the course of the day.  This includes two glasses of Prosecco for the reception, and a bucket of 30 beers for the bar.  For the meal we provide half a bottle of wine per person, divided between red and white according to your preference.  Then a glass of fizz for a toast, whenever you choose.

  • Herb Crusted Cod, Tomato Fondue, Wilted Spinach and White Wine and Herb Emulsion

DRINKS

Included in the package, we offer a selection of specially curated wines from our cellars. For the reception we serve half a bottle of Prosecco, and a bucket of 30 beers for the reception bar.  If you would like Pimm’s as well, or instead, we can arrange this.  For the meal, we provide half a bottle of wine per person – and you can choose what proportion of each variety you require.  We offer an Argentinian Malbec from the Mendoza region, and a crisp southern French Sauvignon Blanc plus a light classic rosé from Provence.  Then a glass of premium sparkling wine for toasts.

OPTION THREE

FOOD: THREE-COURSE MEAL

Choose from any of the starters and desserts above. For the desserts we offer a trio, which means you can select your three favourites, and enjoy them all at the same time!  This deal also includes tea and coffee.

To add canapés for reception please allow for an additional fee of £13.50 per head

DRINKS

When it comes to wine, we can offer you a range of different vintages from our extensive wine list to pair with your food choices, following consultation with our in-house wine expert.  We also invite you to upgrade your sparkling wine to champagne for the toasts, for that extra special wedding breakfast experience!

 

Canapés: these are served during the wedding reception and are priced at £13.50 per head for a choice of six per person.
